The first step is to complete the initial new patient paperwork online. This paperwork will help our doctor learn about your health history, the reason for the visit, injuries, pain questionnaire, and other health concerns. Completing the initial paperwork online will save you time during your first visit, and your doctor will prepare and be aware of your case ahead of time.
Initial Evaluation
The next step is to meet the doctor. The doctor will complete a comprehensive evaluation; which includes: physical evaluation, orthopedic tests, neurological examination, muscle testing and diagnostic imaging (X-ray/MRI) if needed. The evaluation will help the doctor determine the root of your health problem(s) and create the best care of plan for your specific situation.
Personalized Care
Contrary to most chiropractic clinics, at Platinum Chiropractic you will receive care on your first visit, as long there are not any contraindications for care. A customized care plan will then be created that is specific to your health, your needs, and your goals. We will take everything into consideration when creating this care plan, including your health history, your current health concerns, and your assessment findings. The doctor will explain to you in detail the treatment(s) and answer any possible question(s) you may have.
Follow-Up Visit
After your initial visit, you will be schedule with a follow-up visit. In this visit the doctor will report any findings if diagnostic imaging were necessary. We will also discuss any health changes since your first visit and discuss how often care is necessary to achieve your health goals.
