Dr. Edgardo Pagán

Dr. Edgardo (Ed) Pagán was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Dr. Ed is a United States Military Combat Veteran, where he served for 10 years. During his time in service Dr Ed deployed in numerous missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation New Dawn and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. During his 10-year military career Dr. Ed graduated from American Military University with a B.S. degree in Sports Medicine. During his military career, he suffered multiple injuries and surgeries. Due to those injuries, Dr. Ed experienced different doctors, therapist, treatments and protocols, and they were all unsuccessful in providing the relief of pain he needed. That is when he started seeing a chiropractor and within a few visits Dr. Ed started noticing how his health was improving at a very fast pace. Dr. Ed spent every visit with his chiropractor talking about chiropractic care and one day he decided it was time for a career change. This drove him to apply to National University of Health Sciences, Florida (NUHS-FL).

Dr. Ed graduated from NUHS-FL with his doctorate degree in 2020. Besides receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Ed is also certified in Acupuncture. Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. Dr Ed. Uses acupuncture to treat neck, back, muscles pain, and overall wellness, including stress management, migraines, allergies, insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Hypertension and other medical conditions. In addition to those conditions Dr. Ed is also able to perform Cosmetic Acupuncture. Cosmetic Acupuncture helps even out your complexion and promote your skin’s glow. The positive microtraumas also stimulates the production of collagen. This helps improve elasticity, minimizing fine lines and wrinkles. Other certifications completed by Dr. Ed includes Kinesiology Taping, Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, Cupping, and Compression Band certification.

Outside the office Dr. Ed loves spending quality time with his beautiful family, enjoying the outdoors, staying active, exercising and volunteering his time coaching baseball in the local community.
